Useful Goods Oy is the data controller for the personal data collected through the Blahovita online store.

What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you provide as part of the buying and selling process, such as your name, address and email address.

Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify International Limited (Ireland). They provide an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.
Your information is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and general Shopify applications. The information is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment method to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. These are encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, an organisation formed by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Third-party services
We only share the information necessary to provide the service:
- Shopify (online store platform and payments)
- Payment providers (card payments)
- Our supplier and logistics partner, who receives your name, address and phone number to ship your order
- Carriers who deliver your package
- Google and Meta (advertising and measurement, only with your consent via cookies)
Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States and China. These transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Legal basis
We process your information to fulfil the purchase contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal obligations such as accounting and VAT (Art. 6(1)(c)), and for marketing and analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep information
Order and accounting information is kept for as long as accounting law requires. Information used for marketing is kept until you withdraw your consent.
