Thank you for shopping at Blahovita. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what you can expect after your purchase.

Order processing

Unless otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped, if the shipping method supports tracking.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are counted from when the order is shipped. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, the weight of the order and the chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link, where applicable. Please note that it may take some time before the tracking information is updated after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Slovakia. The average delivery time is 6–13 business days.

VAT is included in the price and is paid at checkout. You pay no extra VAT, customs duties or fees when your package arrives.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Finland or China.

Correct address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed packages

If your order has been lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us and we will help you follow up with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Want to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before the order has shipped, but once it is on its way, we cannot change it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders are processed promptly and returned to the original payment method where possible.
