This website is operated by Useful Goods Oy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Useful Goods Oy. By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you use our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced or linked here.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors, vendors, customers and content contributors. Please read these terms carefully before using our website. By using any part of the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the website or our services.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time by posting updates on the website. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of the Service.

We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Credit card information is always encrypted. You agree not to copy, resell or exploit any part of our Service without written permission.
3. Accuracy and timeliness
We are not responsible if information on the website is not accurate or up to date. The content is provided for general information only and should not be the sole basis for decisions. We may change content without any obligation to update it. You are responsible for keeping up to date with changes.

Some products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. They may only be returned in accordance with our return policy. These terms are governed by Finnish law. As a consumer resident in Slovakia, you nevertheless retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of Slovak law.

20. Payment
We accept card payments and the other payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. You pay no extra fees, customs duties or taxes on delivery.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
21. Complaints about defective goods
If an item is defective, you have the right to make a complaint under the statutory legal guarantee. The legal guarantee period is two years from when you received the item.
Please notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered, or should have discovered, the defect.
Contact us at info@blahovita.sk with your order number, a description of the defect and preferably a photo. Depending on the case, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. We cover the cost of returning defective items.
The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use. It applies in addition to the 30-day right of return.
22. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods. If your order consists of several items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email to info@blahovita.sk or by letter to Useful Goods Oy, Perämiehenkatu 12 E 314a, 00150 Helsinki, Finland. You may use the withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We will not refund additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. Return address:

We cover the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

23. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@blahovita.sk. We will reply as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, or if we have not replied within 30 days, you have the right to use free alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Because Useful Goods Oy is based in Finland, the competent ADR body is the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta), www.kuluttajariita.fi.
As a consumer living in Slovakia, you can also get free help with your cross-border dispute from the European Consumer Centre Slovakia (Európske spotrebiteľské centrum), esc-sr.sk. General information about consumer rights and ADR in Slovakia is available from the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), www.soi.sk.
Using alternative dispute resolution does not affect your right to take the matter to court.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
